Alden Harrington

    

For over 50 years, Alden has represented small businesses, individuals, bankruptcy trustees, receivers, executors, and guardians in business and litigation matters. He regularly appears in Rhode Island Trial Courts, U.S. District Court, and has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Fifth Circuit, and the RI Supreme Court. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and a Fellow of the RI Bar Foundation.

Alden has been Executive Director of Rhode Island Legal Services program and later served as Chair of its Board of Directors. He has served on the Town of Warren Zoning Board of Review and was its Chair. He currently is the Associate Housing Court Judge for Warren.

Alden also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Chapel Hill-Chauncy-Hall School in Waltham, MA.

He has received the highest AV peer-rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Alden is a graduate of Harvard College and received his JD degree from the University of Virginia.
